PCR stands for post-consumer recycled plastic and is primarily made from clear plastic bottles. Each blanket is made from more than 340 plastic bottles. In addition, 50% less energy was used to produce this blanket. The outer fabric is waterproof, breathable and strong 900 denier material made of PCR. The rug has a detachable neck and a Quick Clip front closure which provides maximum adjustability. The side vents provide extra freedom of movement and the large tail flap for protection.
